Please use the link below to provide feedback to the project team specific to the South Downtown MARTA Stations – Five Points Station and Garnett Station. Please provide feedback for each station for which you are familiar. This is the BEST way for us to influence change at Garnett Station.
We are collectingtravel-sized toiletries, coats/jackets, blankets, towels/washcloths, socks and underwear to help the men and women at the Gateway Center around the corner. If they can collect new unwrapped toys, the men who stay at the center would also be able to give their kids something for Christmas! More info on the Gateway Center can be found here.
Friday, Dec 12th – Art Stroll Night you can drop at Atlanta Movie Tours shop at 327 Nelson St
Monday, Dec 15th – Collection during CHNA Holiday Party at Smoke Ring
Join us at our annual holiday party and toast your friends and neighbors with some awesome nibbles and drinks at Smoke Ring! This will take the place of our regular 3rd Monday General CHNA Meeting on December 15th from 7-10pm. No votes, no long discussions. Just a lot of fun with your neighbors! Guaranteed to be the LONGEST and most FUN meeting of the year ;)!
Cost: $20 for non-members. If you are a Castleberry resident this will also pay for your 2015 membership. There are many benefits that come along with this membership, the least of which is that you are allowed to vote at neighborhood meetings and make a difference in what goes on in Castleberry. Current members can and are highly encouraged to renew for 2015 at $20. The more members we have, the more dues we have to work with and the stronger our association will be all year long!
Members or anyone who pays at the party will get two drink tickets and access to a FANTASTIC spread of food and cocktails created by Jordan and Erin Wakefield. There will be veggie options available for those who don’t eat meat.
White Elephant gift exchange: Bring a wrapped gift valued at $20 (real value, no 2014 calendars and half-eaten boxes of chocolate) to exchange and bring a sense of humor! This is great fun!
Gateway Center Collection: Please bring travel-sized toiletries, coats/jackets, blankets, towels/washcloths, socks and underwear to help the men and women at the Gateway Center around the corner. If they can collect new unwrapped toys, the men who stay at the center would also be able to give their kids something for Christmas! More info on the Gateway Center can be found here.
