As the City of Atlanta plans on implementing parking meters as a proposed parking solution throughout Atlanta, we have engaged the powers that be in an ongoing dialogue to address the needs of Castleberry Hill as a Neighborhood. CHNA will host a second parking meeting regarding the implementation of parking meters with Atl Plus on Thursday, July 19th, at 7pm at the Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, 504 Fair Street SW.
ATL Plus, Council Winslow’s Chief of Staff and APD will be in attendance to address concerns and answer questions. If you’re a business owner in the neighborhood, or if you’re a resident of Castleberry Hill please join us. THIS is where your participation counts, and your voice is heard.
Mark Williams, Public Safety Chair, has an updated document with all the requests and concerns put forth by the neighborhood.
View the document here.
Dona Mathews, CHNA Economic Development Chair, will be going LIVE on Facebook throughout the meeting so those who cannot attend can at least review footage after the meeting. There will be an additional parking meeting in August.
We look forward to having you join us.
