	The Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association announced the dates for the much-anticipated Seventh Annual Castleberry Hill Loft Tour, which will be held Saturday and Sunday, October 4 and 5. The tour has grown each year, welcoming hundreds of visitors each day to the Landmark District to view the official tour lofts and stroll the city's most cutting edge art galleries as well as visit the new shops and restaurants located in the neighborhood. Tour Times: Saturday, October 4, 11:00am-5:00pm Sunday, October 5, 12noon-5:00pm New This Year - Artist Market! An exciting addition to the Loft Tour is the introduction of the artist market. Featuring local artists and vendors, the artist market will include a wide range of merchandise that shows the diversity of our city. Interested in being a vendor? Submit an application no later than September 5, 2008.
WHAT:	Artist Square Condominiums presents The Seventh Annual Castleberry Hill Loft Tour - two days of an intimate look at urban living in a historic neighborhood. Attendees will be able to visit the eight lofts selected for this juried tour as well as partake in the local cuisine at some newly opened restaurants, peruse the neighborhood's acclaimed fine art galleries and enjoy several additional local shops and businesses The Loft Tour features homes of various styles and sizes decorated and designed with diverse tastes and budgets.

WHO:	The Loft Tour is presented by the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association and Artist Square Condominiums.
WHY:	Because this is the Loft Tour that your friends have been telling you not to miss! Each year, the neighborhood association hosts the tour to raise money for aesthetic improvements. Tour-goers will get a glimpse of the street sign toppers, metalwork neighborhood sign, trash cans, 58 newly planted trees and neighborhood banners hanging throughout Castleberry Hill, that were the fruits of previous years' labors. The improvements and community atmosphere continue to draw new residents and businesses to the area, assuring new things to see and places to visit during each annual loft tour. Castleberry Hill is one neighborhood that gets better with age!
