1/26/06 - Miller-Gallman begins Fair & Walker Lofts in Castleberry Hill

Miller-Gallman Developers has broken ground on the Fair & Walker Loft residential units, the largest and latest development in historic Castleberry Hill. Miller-Gallman started developing in Castleberry Hill in the 1980s.

Fair & Walker Lofts will feature 36 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes including 12 flats priced from the $150,000s and 24 townhomes priced from the $220,000 to the $300,000 range.

Fair & Walker Lofts combines a community within the viable Castleberry Hill community with storefronts and residential, enhancing the live/work/play concept.
