CLEOPAS R. JOHNSON PARK LOGO CONTEST About the Park
Located across Northside Drive near the Burger King, Cleopas R. Johnson Park is experiencing a rebirth under the guidance of Friends of Cleopas Park, a volunteer organization dedicated to increasing use of the park by the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods, including Castleberry Hill.
The Contest
Design a logo, no larger than 8-1/2 x 11, that you feel best exemplifies the exciting direction that this great park in the heart of so many wonderful Atlanta neighborhoods. Logos must be submitted no later than May 8, 2008. Whether a student or a professional, our goal is to have a logo design that will raise awareness of the current condition of and supports the future use of Cleopas R. Johnson Park.

Downtown Retail Survey
Harbor Group Management would like you to help in structuring the retail redevelopment of the 180 Peachtree building (former Macy`s building). A quick survey has been forwarded to us that will only take you 1-2 minutes to complete. Contact information is only required if you would like to be entered in the random drawing for Braves tickets and local restaurant gift certificates. BeltLine Bike Tour - Sunday, April 20th, 1-4pm Come experience the wonders of the Atlanta BeltLine from the seat of a bicycle! The BeltLine Tour will begin at the North Avenue Park site (across from City Hall East). Pick you own endpoint depending on how far you want to ride (4, 7 or 11 miles). A GREAT RIDE FOR BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE CYCLISTS AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for kids or $20 per family. Are you tired of flyers littering Castleberry Hill? Follow these five steps and make a difference... - Park your car on the street (Tuesday through Saturday are the best days)
- Take pictures of the flyers on YOUR CAR (Why?? "you did not give permission" for anyone to put flyers on YOUR CAR).
- Remove the handbills (flyers) from your car, record the date, save these for court
- Send edhaef@gmail.com the pictures of your car with flyers, your name and contact information (Why?? So I can alert you when the court date is scheduled)
- Show up in court (this should only take a few hours but could help end the handbills littering our neighborhood and others)
